14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with JetTranscript, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no complicated conditions.

How to request a refund

Email us at jettranscript@outlook.com within 14 days of your purchase, using the email address you bought with (or include your order number). We'll process your refund to the original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated license key(s) will be deactivated and you must stop using and delete the Software.

Fair use

The guarantee is intended for genuine dissatisfaction. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity).

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
